Door Handle

One of the outside door handles on my 67 has the button kind of jammed in and turned sideways. I looked a three of my spare doors and they are all the same way. Can this be fixed or do I need to buy a new handle? thanks, bighead

Re: Door Handle

It can be fixed, just take it off it has a small plate with a hole through the center and the outer handle has tabs that hold it in some break off but it usually has some that can be bent over the plate, bend them over and use some JB Weld to help hold it. I did this and have had no problems since.
