71 power steering box rebuild, DIY?

This is one thing I have never ripped into. Since my conversion to the L31 Vortec, my PS box has begun to leak. Not terribly bad, but I hate to see drops under my truck. This is the ONLY leak I have. So, to reseal the thing, is this something that I can do DIY, or are special tools involved that requires a specialist?
Thanks,
Tim

Top is not hard to replace--bottom is a bear to get right. Tried the bottom-still leaked -bought a rebuild one like '67.
