3/4 Booster Projest goes WRONG

Thought this would be a RELAXING Sunday Project....... WRONG ANSWER

After losing not one but two of the the little clips holding the linkage rods. (Autozone has some e-clips that will work in a pinch) Reman 3/4 MC/Booster doesn't fit the firewall bracket. LOVELY....... I immeadiately began speaking in tongues and headed for the shower. Making a 3rd trip to the parts house with old MC in tow, tommorrow.

Maybe I should quit running loose women and playing cards, maybe my luck would change?

Hate to hear you losing the clips, that's why I have a strong magnet handy when I fool with anything small and easily lost.

BTW no buying or selling on this board.

Re: 3/4 Booster Projest goes WRONG

Finally finished..... 3rd unit, actually one for a 3/4 ton van. I think the remanufacturer quality control is to blame. Everything fits like a champ.

Have ordered the prebent lines from Inline Tubes, but hooked it up wrong just to see. Brakes work fine, a tad touchy on the back. Expect this to be a perfect swap.
