well, you have a LOT of mileage between you and your rig, and I'll bet a kick in the daddy parts that you'd be able to locate one...even at a good cost, within 100 miles of your normal rout home.
I would recomend paying the 25 bucks to become a Site Supporter, and then posting a wanted to buy thread in the parts section.
Or, you could buy one of these trucks you say you come across, and then sell it minus bed, or part it out, on said poarts board, and if you're good, you'll make back most, if not all of the cost.
What ever is left, you cut up and take to the scrap yard. At 100 bucks a ton, you'll get a few bucks for it.
