They are all 750 except some 800 cfm units that were used on Caddys and big blocks. Because of the design of the secondaries, they are operated by engine demand (airflow, combined with low vacuum) and the 750s are suitable for use on smaller engines with no problems. The 750 cfm carbs were used on some 305s iirc.
