76 Seat Help

Bought a rough 76 3/4 ton to beat around in, but the seat needs to be replaced. Ripped, rotten and smell like a cross between mice and hogs. Can't justify paying $3-500 for a new seat so I'm looking for a decent used replacement that doesn't stink. Seat covers are cheap, so I'd be happy with almost anything. Also willing to bolt something else in existing holes or drill new ones. Any advice is appreciated. Neighbor has a decent seat out of a Ford...or will that cause my truck to have a split personality????
