Body Mounts / Body Line Alignment

Anybody ever have problems with body lines not lining up after installing new body mounts. My cab is probably 1/4" lower than the bed and looks like I will have to shim to get to line up. The bed can't go any lower. My concern is how will this affect the rest of the body panel alignment. Currently all body panels and doors are off the truck.

If anyone has had these probs, please let me know some tips and/or tricks.

poly mounts from gmc pauls? mine did that, i used a bunch of large/thick washers. it might require you to raise the core support the same amount, but somehow i got away with not doing it.

buddy cut up the bed and shoved the frame thru it. lmao, put it on baggs, truck fully smashed sets 1/4 inch about ground. rediclious. (1969')... just use some good ol' washers on the bottem side (imbetween frame and rubber.)
