Bucket seat I.D. please...

I got these buckets at a swap meet this past weekend for $60(no help from dirtball egging me on). I think they are 71-72 truck seats but I'm no expert on buckets. They have the scroll around the outside not down the middle and there are no provisions for mounting a back cover. Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Bucket seat I.D. please...

Geez, that almost makes me feel like I got ripped off! Especially since my truck is blue. It would be a no-brainer to recover and install these but I just redid my bench in the factory houndstooth last summer so we'll have to see what I decide. Plus I still need to find a console.

Re: Bucket seat I.D. please...

Don't mean to Hi-Jack this thread but I have the same seats. I am just now installing them in my 69. I thought that the outside mounts would match up to the stock bench holes, they don't. The drivers front one on the hump both holes line up the rear mount doesn't line up. The mounts aren't as wide as the bench brackets. I gotta drill 9 more holes in the floor of the truck plus the 4 holes for the console Is this common? A gotta swing by the hardware store and pick up some bolts and fender washers tomorrow.
