found something cool...

This past Saturday I got a transmission and transfer case out of a '72 Blazer. It was a sad sight, no floor left, quarters or rockers. The truck was on it's side so it was perfect for taking out the stuff I wanted. Well I climbed inside and walking on the driver's side of the truck I get into the glove compartment. Low and behold there was the owners manual, warranty booklet WITH protecto-plate and an emissions booklet. Kinda cool to find one in person.

Re: found something cool...

I found the original owner's manual and a copy of the original DMV title in the glove box when I bought my truck. The truck was first bought by an old farmer in a small town about 35 miles away. He owned the truck until 2001 when he finally sold it to the guy I bought it from a couple of months later the same year.
