If you can get the leaky one out yes. Go to most any parts store and ask for a rubber freeze plug. It is a piece of rubber sandwiched between two washers with a bolt running through it. Take the old one out and install the new one. Tighten the bolt and it swells the rubber piece to hold it in place. Just make it snug don't over tighten it. It will do the job.
