took the top off the other day...

and cruised it around topless for the first time. even though it was just around the neighborhood it was awesome. i've never even been in a convertible before...it was such a neat feeling. oh and i got plenty of props in the form of thumbs up from ppl that were out and about. here's what she looks like topless

You park that off Randolph Blvd.? I saw a similar one there about a week ago with a tarp for a top.

Yeah I am, and I'm having a good time but it has started to run rough again so maybe there's more going on then just fouled up plugs.

First time is always the best.

Mine stays topless all year round now, I just park it with the cover over it and let old man winter do his thing.

The top came off 6 years ago and hasn't been back on. It sleeps in the garage unless I'm driving it.

Ahhh... I remember that first drive in the topless blazer. Blazers do look best without the top. It is quite a rush going on that first drive topless, isn't it? I was surprised that the cabin is much quieter with the top off. The exhaust tone does not bounce around the cabin. Has anyone experienced that phenomenon?

Not with "GQ" she is so dang loud it doesn't really make a differance, as
for "Merlot" she's still topped since she's outdoors and I'm a 1 man crew.
