Re: Shipping engines?
Use Roadway, Reddaway, or Estes Freight. They all should do drop offs and pick-ups at terminals, and some do home deliveries. I know estes does for sure. All 3 are all over the usa and have a terminal in almost every large city.
They all have websites for tracking the shipment, and are insured. Just need to be in a crate or have a crate built around it strapped to a pallet. They might even supply you with a pallet if you dont have one. Wouldnt cost you to much if its not going that far. |

Re: Shipping engines?
Up until about 7 or 8 months ago i worked for Roadway Express. Yes they will ship it and they ship ALOT of them. they will pick it up from your house, (extra charge), they may even crate it (most don't), they can del to residental door (extra charge). to save money:
pallet and crate it yourself drop it off at terminal pick it up at terminal being able to pick it up at the terminal will not only save you money but also time. in denver we only have one truck to del to residental sites. so you wait for the truck to either go in that direction or wait for the frieght to fit on it. sometimes that could take an extra week!
