Flaring bedsides, Looking for suggestions!

Nee to cover rear wheels. They are sticking out approx 4". I have some thoughts, just fishing for suggestions.

I think the ones done using 67-72 step side fenders look the best. They carry the same body lines & style.

If it were me, i'd get a set and cut them down so they are just wide enough to cover the wheels. Would look SWEET

Re: Flaring bedsides, Looking for suggestions!

Dropped the truck at the body shop. Still looking for suggestions on what to do with the rear fenders. Sorry about the picture quality, guess I need a new camera!

Re: Flaring bedsides, Looking for suggestions!

Use some cut down stepside fenders!!!! What ever you do, do not veer away from the original bodystyle of the truck.

Re: Flaring bedsides, Looking for suggestions!

I would attempt to modify some late model fiberglass fenders. The flair is more gradual and not so abrupt like ones above. Make all the body lines match and above all, radius the the fender opening to match the front.

They are fiberglass and easy to modify and the end result would be pretty nice.
