cornfed, I haven't been to the dunes on the Oregon coast in along time, and I've never had my 67 Chevy over there, not yet anyway.

As far as posting pics, you can post pics directly from your hard drive. When you go to post a reply or new topic, towards the bottom of the posting page, there will be a "browse" button. Just click on it and attach your image. Images need to be no larger than about 50KB. Most of my pics are 640x480 resolution and in JPEG format. Give it a try!

I have posted these pictures before but, here is my truck at the moment. A 1969 2wd cab and swb bed, converted to a 72.(door panels, door skins, windshield rearview mirror, and grille. Truck is an original air cab, and I have installed a tach, cargo lamp, and have a tilt from a van I could put in. It has all the woodgrain dash & door components except for a headliner. It also has the houdstooth seat cover. It has a 350/350turbo/203 from a 73 pickup and features full-time 4x4.I have 2 sets of wheels & tires I set it up with my 38's on brand new A.R. outlaws 16.5 and 42 s.s. tsl's on 15in x 16 inch wide 8 lug weld wheel outlaw style. I am gettin rid of this truck though because I am in the process of building my college ride. 1971 swb cheyenne super 4x4 (original) I don't mean to be braggin on it, but to me this is the holy grails of trucks. It is origianl med. blue and white but the 2nd owner restored it with other truck's parts so there is only about one fender I think that has the original holes for the trim. It has a 350 in it and hopefully during summer I can afford a 700R4 but I just recently found original hubcaps for it (full wheel covers) and it has 35inch bfg mud terrains on it with about a 6 inch lift. It has the original tach, tilt, cruise, air, & buckets.

Smile Here's my 72 Super Cheyenne

Not radical enough for the wild ones and too tinkered with for the purists, but I have fun...

I think 37'' tires are the perfect size for a 67-72 swb 4x4.

Great pics 89Z71 No lift on mine yet. $$$$ to many other projects for right now. I think I have the same stereo as you. Looking for the extension plate to mount it in the same location. I put a tach where your little space maker above your heater and AC control is. Same color interior too. I don't miss living in WI though.

Thanx for the comments rad air. if you are looking for the dash piece for your head unit check out your local wal mart. they run about $15. if you cant find one i do have a brand new one in the package if you would like it. it came with another adaptor plate that i needed for a new head unit in my old s-10 blazer. im pretty sure they only come in black but like in my truck it was painted. i was also thinkin of putting my tach in that empty space above the heater controlls but now im leaning towards an LCD screen. i guess only time and money will tell. :p
