Hi:
If the answer is yes, what is the specs? Is chamber and caster should be zero? and there should not be any toe in or out?

Nima to get the specs right I need to know what year and series(c, or K 10, 20 , 30 etc)

If it is for the 67 C 20 in your signature, here you go:

Caster: +3 1/4
Camber +1 3/4
Toe-in 1/32-3/32

These are per a vintage manual. How do you plan on measuring caster and camber?

Yeah that is the range you want it in. I would go closer to 3/32. I see that you put disc brakes on that truck. Depending on what componets you used that could change your specs. At any rate, these numbers will get you in the ball park especially if you used your original a-arms, etc. If you did some more radical modifications we may need to go back to the books to work up some good specs for you.

I used my original a-arms but all the ball joints, spindles and disc came from the kit I bought on sale from Brothers. There is not really anything radical about it.Everything in front is changed though including tire rods and etc. I believe all the parts came from 73 and up models.
How do I know if the alignement is ok after setting the above parameters?. The only thing I know about alignment is the truck will pull to one side or another or uneven tire wear if it is out of specs. Is there anything else that can help?

If it goes down the road good, then you should be OK on alignment (that is the true test

). If your tires are already worn incorrectly your truck may still pull, etc. even after alignment. In that case try rotating your tires. Worst case senario: if your front and back tires are already worn cooked, you may have to replace tham. I have had a few vehicles that were boogers to get 'lined up; in each of those cases I believe that it was the tires that were still making it pull.

Ball joints, and tie-rod ends will affect tire wear, but yours are new, so you should be OK there.

It sounds like you will be fine with those specs based on what you swapped.
