Re: Let me see your garage!!
Thats one of the grarges we have stuffed full of stuff. Under and behind the shelving on the right therers a wide range of unmolested dana 60's, about 75 motors under the shelf, and lots of other rare pieces including some brand new 1955 sheetmetal for a passenger car, NEW GM at that! And if you think this was messy, its about 10 times worse now. There are so many motors, blocks, heads, trannys, that you can barely walk through there. Anyone got a bigger pile-o-parts than me?

Re: Let me see your garage!!
Oh, we dont do any working in any of our grarges other than small stuff in our workshop. We instead work on a big cement padio, my next order of business with the old man is to make a shop you can ACTUALLY work in. Sounds like a dream dont it?

Re: Let me see your garage!!
A smaller two car with a 11 foot ceiling makes for more room to hang stuff from the ceiling and I built a little loft area above the garage door on the right. Had to take pictures when it was cleaned up, it's not looking this good now.

Re: Let me see your garage!!
That blue thing in the back ground is my garage. It also doubles as a paint booth as long as the wind is blowing away from the house :-)

Re: Let me see your garage!!
Here is mine, 28x32. I remember when I built it thinking how big it was, Now its packed and I still have to rent a spot for my 64 1/2 mustang. Once I get the red 72 done it should free up a lot of space.

Re: Let me see your garage!!
Stages of my garage cleanliness.
These to pictures is from 2-3 years ago when I coated my garage floor. This pic is from last summer before I brought my 71 GMC home from my father's house. I was making a 4th stall parking spot alongside my garage before the truck rebuild begins. Here's how the garage appeared when I removed the engine and trans from the 71 GMC in the Fall of 2006. Here's my storage spot for the truck This is how the garage appears now - probably a 5 out of 10 for cleanliness. I have noticed that workbenches are used more for shelves than for actual workbenches.
