Question 67-69 Door Mirrors

Will the small round door mirrors made for 67-69 pickups fit my '71? I noticed they have 3 screws not 2.

Will the 2 outter screws line up with the holes in the 71 door?

I'm not sure, but my 69 has square mirrors
on it. It does say 4DG4AA-coast mirror in the glove box.

DG4 are 7,5" x 10.5" below eyeline stainless steel mirrors, common ones, nothing like what Rod means, there were the standard single stand post round head mirrors that he is talking about and in 71 i know there was an off version of the chrome cheyenne mirrors on some of the truck like my 71 has(i have no digicam)... except that the base stand is more like a car one, is thicker and one visible mounting screw, i think other is inside the door itself. there was also a square head version of the 3 screw ones like Rod means. some dealer and some factory. it gets messy...

Thanks guys

Yep, Im looking at the round stand off mirrors like on the back of the LMC catalog.

They have square stand off mirrors also.

I don't think I will find any that will keep me from drilling my door.

I like the look of them, and I don't think my truck will ever be 100% original.

If I drill holes I would like to make sure the originals will cover the holes at least.
