Post Frenched/smothed tailights?

Anybody here french the tailights on your truck or smooth the opening so that the lens is flush with the steel around it?
I'd like to see pics and some idea of how to do it. I like the caddy tail light look too. Any pics of that?

Grab the June '02 issue of Custom Classic Trucks. There is a hideous 70/67 custom truck in there with the stock tailights frenched (pg 18). That and the engine compartment are the only things that look good on that truck.
