nessary gauges for initial start up

What gauges do I need for initial start up? My truck doesn’t have any gauges I need an oil pressure for sure what else would be a must have? I wanted to wait until I could do this right later, so I was thinking of putting a gauge into the block to read the oil pressure. Not sure about the tach. But was thinking of doing something similar.

Temp, oil pressure, and a tach I would say.

with this unless you are a good estimater on the 2500 to 3000 rpm's for the cam break-in period.

Temp and oil pressure I consider a must for sure.

Vacuum (suction) is a good gauge to have -- either a handheld unit for dialing in the carb or a dash mounted indicator so you can tell how hard your engine's working.

Voltmeter gauge or current gauge. I like voltmeter better than current meter. And all the other guages the mention by the other members.
