Automatic to manual locking hub conversion

How can I convert my automatic locking hubs to manual locking hubs on my 1978 chevy K20 dana 44 front axle?

Re: Automatic to manual locking hub conversion

buy a set of hubs, install, done.

what ever the parts doober tells you, you do not need some speical parts or conversion kit for the hubs UNLESS YOU HAVE A 203 tcase. i you have a 203 you dont have auto hubs you have lock out slugs, the t case must drive both axle unless modified.

Real easy to do...Took me about 20 minutes to install new lockouts on my truck.Just a bolt in and tighten down install..Just follow what the instructions say.
