blazer is painted!!

finally got to pick up the truck today.it was gone for a 1year and a half for body work and paint.the only original steel on it is most of the floor and the steel part of the cab top.Now i just need to put the interior together and re place the rims and tires.I am planning and have an ls1 to swap in to it.I am going to do the this winter.Just want to drive it for the summer now

Re: blazer is painted!!

next is a set of wheels and then drive the heck out of it for the summer. then park it for the winter and do the ls1 swap in it.

I left the factory truck mirriors on it because it will be towing the tent trailer around.that was the whole reason to build it

Re: blazer is painted!!

N2TRUX................I well post some better pics as soon as it is all together. There was no gas tank in it at the time it was sitting on the trailer(because of rear floor replacment)

old Rusty C10............the color is mandrin copper. It is orange but my crappy camera shows it as a brownish color

the only original sheetmetal on the truck is most of the floor and the steel part of the roof.

do NOT let Crystal drive it. you know how she is with SUVs. LOL

Re: blazer is painted!!

wow looks great!! I guess this must have been one of those "put money into it when you have it" deals which is why it took so long instead of 2 months...
Be sure to show us some pics once roadworthy.
