Dash Removal Question
Has anyone here had there dash out recently?
Was just wondering how many bolts there were and where. I found a couple at the steering post and 3 on each side by the doors. It still seems solid up at the windshield and I dont see any more bolts. Please tell me it does come out...because im excited to paint the dern thing

Re: Dash Removal Question
Sorry, there's quite a few spot welds under the windshield gasket that has to be drilled out to remove the dash properly...

Re: Dash Removal Question
I have heard that you can cut it out under the dash pad along the slots or dots that are there. Of course it would have to welded back in.

Re: Dash Removal Question
Why we are on the subject: would it be easier to find an AC dash and replace your non AC dash with it or make the holes yourself. I want it to look original if possible. Any ideas?
