AC Kit
I'm looking for a plain jane under-the-dash AC kit. I don't want those like Vintage Air and so forth. Just a simple AC kit for the truck. Anyone know of a company that sells that type?

Re: AC Kit
Just installed this one on my 67 from Nostalgic Air Products.
Works great, I just need to get more 'tunnel' effect between my condenser and radiator. Maybe I'll add an electric fan to help the condenser do it's job. http://www.nostalgicairparts.com/getproduct.php?pid=351 JD |

Re: AC Kit
What mods did you have to do on the glove box? That looks like a nice unit.

Re: AC Kit
You could get one of those portable AC units, and pipe the exhaust duct out the window

Re: AC Kit
Don't laugh- I"ve seen a lincoln towncar with a unit out the back side window and a gas generator bolted to the trunk lid

Re: AC Kit
I was thinking of one more like this:
http://store.portableairshop.com/so70btucopoa.html You could use it in the center console position, and route the vent out the floor or something |
