Thanks for the comments, I have since dropped the truck and re-wired the truck with a Painless kit.

Thinking about 700r tranny this winter and getting rid of the drums for discs with power brakes. So since I will be in the rear end I will get rid of the 3.07 open carrier and put in the 3.73 gov lock.

The current T350 seems to only hold rpm to 3000 and then shift so it definitely needs a rebuild.

The cab has some minor rust issues which need attentin but that will likely be the last thing I touch.
