Another tranny linkage question

So,I converted my 4sp truck to auto (Didnt want to put the granny 4spd behind my new motor) and got everything I needed but the tranny linkages...So,will auto tranny linkages from a late 70s 4wd work on my '71 4wd with little or no modifications or will I need auto tranny linkages from a 70-72 4wd that had a auto tranny?

later model linkages totally different, can be made to `work` but look horrible..i would stick with our era of trucks.

Ok,bringing this back up...What all differs from a 2wd set and 4wd on the linkages for a th350?

the 4x4 linkage rod is longer and has a curve to it, is you new blazer an auto?? go look at it and compair to a 2wd.

Ok...now I am set...The blazer,going to a 4spd was going to be robbed of the auto linkages for the 71 k10...It turned out to have a B&M shifter installed..I got under there today and guess what they left on? The metal rod from the column that goes down.I guess that is what I needed all along.Now I can use that with my 2wd linkages to work,correct? I must be having some good luck,what's the odds that piece I need is still on it even though they converted it..
I guess tomorrow I'll get the linkages all hooked up.Then install the brake lines and drive it

Well,I finally got all my parts gathered up and got the stock linkages hooked up..
