what rear end

having trouble finding a 71-72 5 bolt lsd, to replace my 70 6 bolt. wondering what every one else is using.or should i just buy an eaton unit or somthing like that. thankx in advance.

You can change axles in your rear if it's actually a 70 housing. Distance from backing plate to backing plate should be 57"
