Angry EZ2wire bad experience--Ebay

I bought a wire harness from EZ2wire off ebay---lots of positive feedback so I paid and waited--4 days later the funds cleared and I waited 14 days before messaging them---no response messaged again twice over the next 6 days and finally got Ebay involved, they got a instant response with him saying his ebay contact messages wernt getting through, his salespeople changed email addys ect ect.I told him to cancel and refund my$$ $281.00 I was told he would see if it shipped and try to cancel it.this was 7 days ago.Today I started a claim with Paypal----------and wouldnt you know it today I got it from UPS-------for me to return at my cost it is $22.83
I also thought if I return it for my satisfaction he would say it was never received ect ect---even with a return receipt----where he would have to sign for it.---------
SO just letting you know about the ebay seller EZ2wire and my experience.

OH this was a american autowire deluxe kit

Re: EZ2wire bad experience--Ebay

If it came UPS the date it was shipped was on the white ship to label check that date if it was after your order was cancelled at that point he should have to refund your money and eat the return shipping.

If you still want the item he has you by the b#lls and just leave him bad feedback.

If you have the product, and it looks okay, I would NOT risk sending it back and waiting on a refund from this clown. Who knows when (or even IF) you would ever see your money.

Re: EZ2wire bad experience--Ebay

I Had Almost The Same Thing Happen From Truckparts67_72
He Had A Ton Of Feedback. I Ordered 3 Small Items And Paid Within 10 Mins Of Buy It Now.
After 3 Weeks I Still Hadnt Received All The Parts.when I Emailed Him All I Got Was The Standard Your Item Has Shipped?
I Dont Know From Where Because He Is 145 Miles From Me.
I Left Neutral Feedback Not Wanting To Be Too Much Of A Butt. Now For My Trouble He Left Me 2 Negative. I Used To Have 100% Pos.
Anyway Now I Beleive This Guy Is The Famed James Blanton Who Has Screwed So Many On This Board.anyway Beware Of Truckparts37_72
