Wiring harness Q
My harness that goes to the radiator support has been hacked as a result of external regulator to internal. My question is what is the brown wire that goes back toward the firewall fuse block? Is that my interior power? Or where can I see a wiring schematic?

Re: Wiring harness Q
What's up neighbor. This truck has been around here since it was new but has been off the road for about 3 years because the inline 6 had a bad cylinder. I have since fixed that with a 525 cid big block. Still not on the road yet waiting on funds. By the way looked at your build, looks good so far. Is that a GM crate motor.

Re: Wiring harness Q
If my guess is correct then that is the original wire to the external voltage regulator. It comes from the charging light in the dash. If you have a one wire alternator then it is not needed. If you have a regular internal regulated alternator then it shold go like the picture below. It connects where the blue wire is on the alternator.
