steering wheel [grant]

Do I have to get a certin kind of adapter to put a grant wheel on my 72?
The one they sell puts the wheel to close to the signal light arm.

remove the arm before you do that though.
i did this once on a 69 GMC when we installed a grant GT.

Jegs sells a really nice billet wheel adapter under Grant steering wheel installation kits. This will extend the wheel out so you don't have to bend anything.

I have the billet adapter. It looks nice and is designed to make the connection easy.

If you are going to a quality wheel, the prices at YOGI'S streetrod parts on the Lacerra brand wheels is hard to beat. It beats the Grant's that I used to have.

That's all i did, was get the adapter that advanced sells for my truck...
