Rusty rocker, floor, supports, did I miss anything?

I am looking at serious rust repair on two cabs, and I would like to know what seperate pieces are available so I can determine cost. Are there any good exploded views?

The best place I have found for exploded views and the worst place to get the parts are from the LMC Catalog.

Rust---cab corners and windshield frame above the sun visors===kiss of death!!
Sometimes it is a lot cheaper to locate a rust free (or as little as possible) cab verses major rebuild!

ok, so I found the LMC exploded view. Now, what is the outrigger? how does it fit with the inner and outer rocker? does the cab floor extension go under the cab floor front and rear? Why is the extension $100 when everything else tops at $30? Is the $450 complete floor worth the pain and aggrevasion?
