Not a clue on that one. May not even be Gm? Kind of similar to 71-72 chevy.

Maybe a 82 to 87 C10?
Kind of reminds me of the one on my 82, just without the bumper guards

The markers looks to be out further that the 71-72 bumpers. The ends looks to be different as well. It does remind me of an early 80's chevy.
