Canso,

If you are looking for new parts, there are two places; Grumpy's, 17000 block of North Black Canyon and Pioneer Classic Auto, Deer Valley Road, between 19th Ave and the freeway. Grumpy's also has some used stuff.

If you are looking for used, there is a yard up on Happy Valley raod, just east of the freeway, Desert Valley Auto. (Expensive)

There seem to be several board members up that way also. Gilbert, Mesa, and Casa Grande are ones that I remeber right off.

Look at some of the posts, and these guys have their city posted under their names.

Hey there from Chandler, I've been doing these trucks awhile now in the valley, have 2 1968's now. I would stay away from Grumpy's as far as prices go, and I have never had a good experience dealing with them. (Grumpy's not just a name.) Pioneer isn't too bad, but best is Rick's Pickup Parts in Gilbert, or Desert Valley, the yard on Happy Valley Road but like mentioned expensive. I also have some parts lying around...let me know what you need.

Jefe,

I was letting Canso know of some places, but I was hoping that some of you guys up there would pop in with some replies also.

My wifes family is up there in Phoenix, and I have a daughter up there, so I make it up there once in awhile.

I agree that Grumpy's is more than a name. Not exactly Mr. personality. I understand that it was actually the old mans business and he is the son or something like that. You do have to admit that he has a nice selection of stuff, and a decent showroom. You can get some really good ideas walking into that store.

Is there a good car show/swap meet up there to go to?

Yes I am looking for new parts. I want to buy upper and lower moldings. I am from Canada but have friends there now who are looking for me. I will let them know about the place you suggested and get them to check prices. Also I am looking for a AM/FM factory radio and a factory truck tilt if anyone has these. Thanks
