Member Billogna - he hasn't posted in a while though I don't think.
Might can e-mail him or something though.

Re: Electric Blue? What color paint are these trucks?

BTW - This is GM Medium Blue Metallic (Search for it on Corvette's and 98+ Camaro's from the factory most commonly) These are just some good shots.

A new one (possibly a different code from the above shots) but same name.

And one that I have saved off - Electric Blue Metallic - no idea on the code. Not a factory GM color to my knowledge. Get on an F-Body site though (LS1.com) and someone will know this picture, it's popular.

It is 507 blue. I have a 1967 c10 that color. PPG has a cross over color they call bahama blue. I could get the paint code if you need it.

I'm looking at my 1969 Chevrolet Truck Data Book, at the pages dated Nov. 8,1968. The code 507 Light Blue is just like 69ShortStep says. If the color came with a 2-tone, it was code 537, unless it was Special TT, then it was code 591.

Re: Electric Blue? What color paint are these trucks?

Here's some Duplicolor numbers off the small touch up spray cans:
DS GM 423 Medium Maui Blue
DS GM 267 Ultra Marine
Most likely the last 3 numbers are not correspondent with GM RPO paint option numbers. [Like 516 is Omaha Orange.] But who knows?

Ok, I went back to my records and I did use 507. These pictures were taken in bright sunlight and the color may look a little lighter. Most of the time my truck's color appears to be like See Ten's pictures. Hope this helps.
