manual steering on power rack

I'm starting to get my plans together for the bob-tail race truck. I'm swapping a 77 front clip over to the 63 frame and originally planned on running power steering. To save weight and keep the engine uncluttered I'm thinking about retaining manual steering. Will the pitman arm for the powersteering bolt up to the manual box? I can figure it out by trying but i was just curious to know if anyone has been there done that. thanks!
