They have two different versions for the 73-87. A 1" rotor version for $272 or the 1.25" rotor version for $229 at Summit.

My brain says go for the 1.25"s because of cost but I'm not sure if this is going to cause any clearance problems, etc. I dont mind spending the extra for the 1" if needed. I running these on a 68' with 18x8 coys up front. Anyone have experience with these? Thanks!

what size is your rotor? I would go with that size unless you plan to upgrade.

I planned on getting all new rotors/calipers to do the disc conv. Are the 1.25" for 3/4?

1.25" were standard until around '81 or so- then 1.25" became HD and 1" was the standard light duty rotor. Get the 1.25" if you're starting from scratch.

i'm going with 1.25's, that way you can run 6 lugs up front.

You cant run 6 on the 1"?

No one makes a 1" 6-lug rotor that I'm aware of...

I have the 1.25 on my 65... I think you may have the prices backwards though... i am pretty sure the ones for the 1.25 are the more expensive spindles..

$229.95 for the 1.25", You would think it was the other way around.

how are you getting these to fit your truck. Is your truck a 67-72? I'd love to be able to get that little extra drop

Make sure that you specify which ones very clearly to Summit. I ordered what I thought were the correct ones and they came to the house and were wrong... I sent them back and had to pay for shipping both ways... sucked but they claim it was my fault. Just make sure you specify very specifically which rotors youhave. Now that I think about it mine are the 1"

You can change the control arms or you can get different ball joints and use the newer style tie rod ends.

Yup, and I'm going the balljoint and tie rod route. I figured it was worth going with the 73+ for the extra .5" drop and parts also seem to be cheaper than the 67-72 stuff. I'm going to piece my front discs together from a 77 donor and the local parts store.
