Seat Belts!!

ok i was running my wires for my amp for my subwoofer and i was running the remote wire down my door and under the sill plate and by the seat belt and under the carpet i moved the seat belt a little bit and i heard a crack....and i look back and somebody tryed to fix it with that expanding foam stuff that hardens...i get down underneath and find my cab support is all ate up with rust.....does the seatbelt thing bolt onto the cab support???? because if so i can get a new support and how do you put them on are they bolt on? do you gotta lift the cab?? or should i cheap fix it with some more foam

here are pictures of my cab supports.... one of them is good out of the four tell me how hard it would be to fix the other three















the last picture is that foam stuff im talkin about you can see the foam on the bottom side too on the other pictures

I cannot get the pictures to open!

The seat belts mount to the cab mounts and the bolts screw into 1/2-13 square nuts that are welded to the cab supports. The replacement supports are made so that the nut has room on the support for welding it on. However the replacements do not come with nuts nor are they drilled.

Here is a picture of a cab floor and the seat belt retaining nuts can be seen on both of the rear cab mounts.

so u unbolt the cab support whats left and get the old rusted ones out and then squeeze the new ones in place? or do u have to do harder work it looks like an easy fix..any welding required?
