1960 To 1964 Front Suspension
I Have A 1960 C10 With A Torsion Bar Susp. But My Buddy Has A 1964 Coil Suspension. Will This Work On My Truck And What Mods Are Needed? Thank You Anthony

you will need the complete crossmember and suspension. It will bolt right up to your 60. I`m putting a 73 crossmember on my 62 whenever I get the time to actually work on it.

You will have to use a 73-87 front suspension. On 60-62's with the torsion bar setups, those frames are a different than 63-66.. A little wider, I believe....

It`s my understanding that the 73-87 crossmembers will fit from 60-72 chevy trucks. That being the case the 64 complete front crossmember and suspension should bolt up to the 60 frame. What am I missing?

Pretty sure it will fit,
I think the rear is wider,front is the same,lees a coulpe of holes to drill I will be doing the same swap soon,78 onto my '61 More input would be great Thanks T
