Re: cab corner 6x9 speaker brackets

Here are a couple pictures of your brackets that I installed. Please excuse the pictures- they're not all that great. I ended up using a spray on duplicolor bed armor on them (Left over from paint that I used on the underside of my truck bed when I did the drop).

Brackets fit great - They are precise. I used a spacer due to the massive magnets on these speakers, but I still had plenty of room to clear my bench seat. Thanks again! This is a great product.

Re: cab corner 6x9 speaker brackets

Just mocked up the install on mine yesterday afternoon. These brackets really fit in there nicely. Tighter to the cab corner than even the factory 4x10 brackets were.

Wanted to add to the list of happy customers! Thanks Jeff. I will try and remember to post up some pics once I get everything finalized.

Got it, thanks. They will fit your truck just fine...the back of the crew cabs are the same as a regular cab...you won't have any issues.

Just real quick, it might be in the thread already, but did anyone ever find a solution for the seat belt being in the way on the earlier year model trucks k

its only the 76/77 trucks that have the mid mount retractors. You will have to either convert to lap belts only (73-75), or the later belts (78+) with the floor mounted retractors.

Re: cab corner 6x9 speaker brackets

Thank you, is it legal for that year model (1976) to have lap belts only, or does it vary by state?
