Goofy VIN or is it me?

I was trying to make sense of my VIN to verify the year of my truck so I could weigh in on the poll, but I couldn't match my VIN with the info on the VIN decoder page. It is supposedly a 68 GMC, and yes I have double and triple checked to make sure this is what the badge says. Unfortunately, the model # that is supposed to be in the glove box is gone.

Here is the VIN, anybody have a clue?

CE10D-PB735XX

Thanks

B.O.U.

2500 3/4 ton
3500 one ton.
My sticker is ripped on my GMC's opotion sticker...can anyone with a GMC tell him your model number.
Well..is it a long bed or a short bed? All we know is it is a fleet side.

They must not have decoded the same across years then - my VIN is CE134ZZ60576. Kinda works, I guess, since D is the 4th letter of the alphabet...meh. I'll get that model number for you if I can remember it tomorrow.

CE15734. That's my Model #, the first 'option' on the sheet. It's a '70, though, so it appears that might not be as helpful, since it looks like they went to a more Chevrolet-style VIN then.

Shortbed fleetside 1/2 ton V8, by the way.
