Can This be FIXED? Edelbrock Cross Ram manifold

Saw this at a swap meet today..... looks like someone over did it or DROPPED this Edelbrock Cross Ram Manifold.
Can this be fixed???
My concern is that the broken "ear" is in the front where the water jacket is.

Need someone's EXPERT opinion????????

Re: Can This be FIXED? Edelbrock Cross Ram manifold

I had a dart single plane intake that cracked on the front from tightning to specs, looks like the same spot. Called dart and they said to mail it in and they will send me another one, but they told me that they would repair it as if it was no problem. Does the guy have the piece that broke off?

Nope..... which will compound matters..... sure I could pick this up cheap enough to have it repaired..... always liked this type of manifold.

Sent the pics to my cousin who works for Miller Welding and see what he says

That should be an easy fix for an experienced welder. I've fixed similar problems many times without the missing piece.

After hearing the manifold could be fixed I called my brother-in-law who was going to the swap meet today.... caught him before he left.... drove down to his place.... gave him the money.... told him "where" to find the manifold..... and away he went....

only to find out the "seller" did NOT return to the swap meet today..... Bummer!!! That's how my luck goes.... they'll be another swap meet at Canfield, Ohio again in the Fall (3 x a yr). So maybe I'll get another chance to score the "cross ram" I have always wanted.
