Need a liitle help her with power steering bracket

Anybody have any clue how this thing goes on its been about 3 years since I removed it and am haveing some troubles getting it back together..

That is different than mine, sorry -- but if it helps at all, on mine the slot is on the upper stud on the PS pump, with the lower pump stud being the pivot point.

i can go check out my big block in the morning and get you some pics. but if i remember correctly that 1 of a 3 piece set up on the drivers side. the 2 tp brackets attach to a cast y shaped piece and then another piece of stamped steel below. il post pics first thing.

This piece bolts to the front of the pump and the bolt that slides through the slot goes to the hole on the H2O pump. Hope that helps? The square hole on the end of the bracket is for the AC comp bracket that mounts up top. This is all from memory, but I think it is correct?
