I need to know if I add a 3 or 4 inch suspension lift to my truck, what will I need. I was just thinking of adding 3 inch lift blocks to the rear and having the Front Spings re-arced with a small lift, to fit 33 inch Tires.

Do I need to extend my drive shaft? need longer shocks, etc..?

Anyone with experience help, gime some advise.

Driveshaft should be ok. Shocks will have to be longer. Not for sure if rearching is the best way to go. I would recomend a 4 " from tuff country. You know I bet you could fit 33's with a 2 1/2".

Like Mudder67 said, you should be fine on your driveshaft lengths. You will definitely need longer shocks or you will reach the extension limits under articulation. You should also get longer front brake hoses. The rear should be long enough for 3 or 4 inches of lift. I also wouldn't re-arch the front springs. I think new front springs can be purchased for around $300, maybe a little more.

I put an 8" suspension lift on my 67 (same as 68) so if you have any further questions, don't hesitate to email me or send me a private message.

Why would you suggest not to ReArc the leaf spings? is it feasable to do the rear, I thought that the front leaf spings on 67-68 are different lengths than other years,

Where do you buy them from?

I really don't want to relocate my hangers or buy new ones.

Front springs are the same as other years, the rears are different on the 67-68's.

You should be able to buy the front springs no problem. Rancho, Tuff Country, Superlift, Skyjacker, Rough Country, Trail Master. These should be readily available.
