thanks guys...remember that I went thru that whole rebuild process like alot of you guys. i know the feeling of looking at the truck on jackstands, on a lift, without wheels, without interior or a power train in it, body shop time, replacing parts etc. i just happen to be one of the lucky ones that actually had a chance to finish one.

Before you know it both your trucks will be at car cruises and shows and will remember the hard days that you went thru as i remember every time I drive this old truck.

Thanks for the inspiration Al, sometimes I need a little reminder to keep plugging along and it will eventually get done.

Persistance beats resistance every day tackle something and before you know it is done. The problem that I seen with some of the guys is them changing their minds in the middle of the build which in turn you spend more money and the time you spent goeds to waste.

Re: Al's 71C10 Rebuild

Great build bro. I just finished going thru the whole thread. And more motivated than ever to start my own project. I also had a little boy 2 1/2 years ago. And trying to avoid motorcycles. I love bikes and have had quite few but I want something I can enjoy with the family. Here's my current bike I'm gonna be selling to start my truck project
