replacing gaskets on my 250

When the weather breaks (March or April), I was thinking of replacing some leaky gaskets like oil pan, differential cover and rocker/valve cover gaskets. I have never really done mechanical things to my truck, I felt to leave that to professionals but since I did most of the body work on my truck, I feel like I can take that on. Is this a project I can do with some time and a manual?

Thanks, Dave

Yes,it should not be to hard for you.Are you sure it is leaking at the pan gasket? You will need a puller to take the dampner off if you need to replace the timing cover gasket. these can be rented.Other than that it should be hand tools and a bottle jack,or hoist to lift the engine a couple inches to remove the oil pan.
