Unless the cab or frame is tweaked it will most likely be an unbolt and take off the damaged nose an bolt back on a good nose. Or the part of one that it needs. My truck (71 GMC) had similar damage when my aunt (my uncle owned the truck then) had a mid intersection meeting with another vehicle.
