Can someone post pic of 67-72 1 piece rear driveshaft
Could someone post a pic of a 1 piece rear driveshaft in a 67-72 K10 or K20 (not a K5) that preferrably has an NP205?
Would appreciate seeing an over-all pic, a pic of the shaft near the slip yoke and maybe a pic of the crossmember that is above the driveshaft at about the rear edge of the cab.

Here is a pic of a driveline. No pic of crossmember, sorry. Are you wanting one? Would be cheaper to buy one than to have yours redone. This one can be bought. Daren

I am pulling the driveshaft and axles off my frame in the AM. What do you want exactly and I will take it for you?

A pic of the crossmember that is above the driveshaft at about the rear edge of the cab would be helpful to see.

If these are too small I can direct email larger pics.

Re: Can someone post pic of 67-72 1 piece rear driveshaft
As you can see, I have a crossmember that isn't on any of the frames pictured above - this crossmember is directly below the back edge of the cab. The top crossmember is what the carrier bearing drop down bracket attached to
And the bottom seperate crossmember has a transfer case skid plate Last night I looked at a buddy's 1970 1 ton that he converted to 4wd and he doesn't have the top crossmember that I have and his carrier bearing is attached to the lower crossmember.

Re: Can someone post pic of 67-72 1 piece rear driveshaft
That's good to see as it shows the bottom crossmember that we both have but yours does not have the one above it. I'm thinking the driveshaft might hit the top one so I might have to get rid of it or at least clearance it a bit. Sure hope I don't have to get rid of it completely, I hate getting rid of rivits!
