Ive used them on my truck. 1.5 in the rear and front. They have been on there for about 4 years now with no problems. Some people will comment on how it adds stress to the axel. The backspacing doesn't really add any stress, think of it as just adding more backspacing to your wheels. What is does affect though is that you will have more dynamic weight, especially with the weight of the larger wheels that you will have to stop. That will affect your braking efficiency.
