Re: wtb..speedometer adapter4x4

i believe you need to match the adapter to your axle ratio. i have one -somewhere in my organized mess. i haven't seen it in quite some time so i'll TTT for you.

Re: wtb..speedometer adapter4x4

You can get the plastic gear from your GM parts dealer, just tell them the ratio and they can match it up. If you have any problems let me know and I can contact my parts guy and get you one. Also do you have a pic of what you are looking for and if it is what I think you need, I think I may have one or two.

I bought one (speedo ratio reducer) when I owned a 2 wheel drive s-10 blazer with 373 gears and larger tires. I bought one from this company and it screwed into the side of my turbo 350 trans and recalculated my speedo.

Give them a call, I am sure they can talk you through what info you need to provide. I recall it cost around $40.00.

Good luck.

Re: wtb..speedometer adapter4x4

Is it kinda (L) shaped, if so it seems like I saw one on a tranny that I have. I have moved and all of my parts trucks are about 15 miles from me at my parents property. The next time I am down there I will look and see if I can round it up.
