How to drop w/o $$$$ ??

I'd like to get the truck another 2 - 3 in lower all the way around. I have already used 3" drop springs from CPP, and i'm trying not to spend to much more money on her.

I've seen the bag drops - nice but not in the budget, same for the convertion to disc and 5 lugs.

Is there any other ways so i can keep my 6 lugs and drum brakes....

Sorry if this has been asked before

If your on a budget, you could always cut a turn or so off the coils....then run a tapered spring out back (like a Jeep spring) or you could even cut the rears as well.

As Cheif said cut one coil out of the front and use a lowering block out back. I think I have a set of 1-1/2 blocks.

Re: How to drop w/o $$$$ ??

Cut some coils.... or heat the springs, but you will lose some of the integrity of the spring.

Re: How to drop w/o $$$$ ??

Thanks guys on the ideas!!

Since I just bought new springs, I didn't think about cuting them!

I'd like to get it as low as the "Paint" verson below. But may not have many choices anymore, the boss says we can't afford 2 trucks, so one may have to go...
