Question GMC Idiot Light Plastic Inserts & Rubber Retainers

Has anyone fabricated new idiot/indicator plastic inserts or have any ideas? I'm also missing one rubber retainer. I have three of the original plastic inserts (missing oil pressure), but they have over-spray on them and are mostly warped.

I'm sure I can rig something up, but was just wondering if anyone has attempted this...maybe someone has some from a gauge panel they're not using, but I'm not holding my breath.

Any help would be appreciated...

Maybe some small pvc or plastic tubing sawed off ? I have looked at just about every drawer at Ace hardware and they would have to have something that would work.

Re: GMC Idiot Light Plastic Inserts & Rubber Retainers

I was thinking about using a plastic folder and cut the pieces to fit. I was going to try the thicker style (the type with metal tabs to hold the paper) and if that was too thick I was going to try the thinner style (the type that is transparent that uses a plastic "clip" to hold the paper). Just something to consider.
